Academic qualifications aside (you’ll need to be on track for a 2:1 minimum with at least 300 UCAS points from your top three A-Levels), we’re after the same behaviours that we look for in all of our future leaders – inspiring and collaborating with others, being bold and driving change, and seeing the business through the eyes of our customers.
