Our Graduate Programmes

With so many different parts to our business, Barclays offers graduate programmes to suit all kinds of skills and interests. Although they’re all structured slightly differently, each one will give you an excellent grounding in our wider business while also preparing you for life in your chosen specialist area.

If you already know the area you’re interested in, you can use the menu to the left. If you’re still undecided, come and visit us at one of the fairs and presentations we’ll be attending during the autumn.

You can also try our quick quiz to help you decide which of our programmes might be best for you here.

The closing date for applications has now passed.
