We want you to get out there and see as much of the business as possible in your guise as a leader-in-waiting. So expect to move around a bit during your training and make the most of any opportunities you have to work overseas. Here’s an idea of where you could find yourself working on the FLDP.

As well as making your way around our Global HQ in Canary Wharf, you will spend time somewhere within our operations across the UK, Germany, Scandinavia and the US including our New York analytics centre. Beyond that, you could spend a placement pretty much anywhere we have retail operations in Europe and Africa: from Spain, Italy, Portugal, and France to Egypt, Ghana, Zambia, Botswana, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and the Indian Ocean.
